The Division of Procurement Support Operations is part of Procurement Management Services. The Division is currently composed of two (2) departments:
- Maintenance Materials
- Furniture, Fixtures and
Equipment (FF&E) Procurement
The Division, although primarily responsible for warehousing and distributing a wide variety of items to schools and departments, performs procurement, over-the-counter issuance and on-site delivery services of most materials and parts used in school facilities’ maintenance operations. It is also responsible for the acquisition, receipt/delivery control and installation coordination of all furniture, fixtures and equipment specified for new schools, additions and renovation projects.
