The Division of Procurement Support
Operations is part of Procurement
Management Servicest. The Division
is composed of three (3)
departments:
- Stores
and Mail Distribution (S&MD)

Maintenance Materials Management
(MMM)

Furniture, Fixtures and
Equipment (FF&E)
The Division, although primarily
responsible for warehousing and
distributing a wide variety of stock
items to schools and departments,
also performs a myriad of ancillary
services such as mail service,
property tagging, auctions, textbook
acquisition and distribution
services, obsolete and surplus
equipment disposal, and furniture
acquisition.
The Division is supervised by Mr.
Jose M. Martinez, Executive
Director, and the main office is
